The signature visual device, developed by Pentagram and drawn by Amy Joycey, is a meandering line connecting two names or two concepts: imperfect, hand-drawn, and quietly disruptive in a world of polished professional organizations. Used sparingly, the line work reinforces the presence and importance of connection. Joycey’s expanded illustration library lends a sophisticated intimacy to the brand — cityscapes, event scenes, ideas in motion.
Designed by Poppins, the website brings the premium sensibility of The Councils to a robust content hub — insights, reports, media, and events programming across every Council.
